In a world chasing:
…the greatest impact often happens quietly—behind the scenes, offstage, and far beyond the walls of church buildings.
Not everyone I’ve mentored has sat in my sanctuary.
But many have encountered God through:
When you build people, money follows.
But when you build people in the Spirit, eternity follows.
I remember a young man from Chicago who grew up without a father.
Life gave him survival, but not strategy.
He earned a degree in videography but felt lost after graduation.
No direction. No clear path.
He didn’t ask for help, but I saw:
So I poured into him—
Not religion… relationship.
Not rules… vision.
He caught it.
He moved to Texas.
Our community wrapped around him:
He never joined my church. Never sat in a pew.
But he encountered Christ through care, community, and Kingdom vision.
That’s the power of love-driven mentorship.
Then there was another young man:
He didn’t want religion.
I didn’t offer it.
I offered:
I hired him for online contract work, alongside talented guys from South Carolina.
For years, he stayed on assignment.
Then one day, out of nowhere, he said:
“You know what, Pastor? In four years, you never missed a payment. You kept your word every time.”
That moment cracked something open.
The God he didn’t believe in…
…was moving through the man he trusted.
Eventually, I introduced him to Christ.
I didn’t just multiply his money—
I helped introduce him to eternity.
This is what I love:
Not separating spirituality and business… but integrating them.
It’s all connected.
It’s all Kingdom.
It’s all part of the 360 assignment I’ve been called to steward.
Our community isn’t just growing—it’s transforming.
And the transformation isn’t external—it’s internal.
Here’s what’s happening:
We don’t just teach economics—we teach identity.
We don’t just sow financially—we sow spiritually.
We don’t build from the outside in—we build from the inside out.
“If you have not been faithful in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?”
“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”
“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
The world measures success by what you keep.
The Kingdom measures success by what you give, build, and release.
You:
Because money may be the tool—
But people are the treasure.
And when you serve from love,
You don’t just change lives—you change generations. 🌱
